	We have a full “Turn-Key” capability to install all our systems on your behalf. Work carried out by us attracts very healthy WARRANTY periods—as much as 15 years in some cases!

	Our contract record is spotless - and we intend to keep it like that. We have never had a warranty  claim, in the history of the company. Product failures just do NOT occur. Why? 

	We have our own in house team. Corners are taken - NEVER cut. Product coverage rates are conservative and NEVER exceeded. Performance claims are based on sound experience - NEVER on wishful 	thinking. We are NOT in the business of buying failure with low cost quotations. We ARE in the business of professional, on-time, within budget execution. 

	Strict supervision and attention to detail ensure that each client actually gets what he is paying for. Our imitators still utilize third-party contractors. The product/performance failures that follow, and the 	ensuing avoidance of responsibility, do nothing to help either the client’s business, nor the reputation of the Coatings Industry as a whole.

	With TEK-SET [International] Polymers Inc., here is how a typical contract might result:

	A prospect - that would be you, the reader - agrees to see a TEK-SET Consultant, because he saw the cartoon on our “Quotations” page. (If you haven’t seen it - you should go there now!). The Consultant 	does a walk through, and measures/quantifies the potential application. He is mandated by OUR company policy to fill out an ASR - Application Survey Report - this ASR directs him to ask all the relevant 	questions regarding the potential application: what does it do?, what material is it made from?, what temperatures are involved?, what chemicals?, what is the actual failure mechanism ?: i.e. what is causing 	the problem?, etc. After he has forwarded this to Head Office, a decision on the viability of the intended repair is made, and a specification and scope of work is drawn up, together with the warranty offered (if 	any) for this type of work. This translates to a monetary quotation which is submitted by TEK-SET directly to the client. If our submission is accepted, work is scheduled, and a team dispatched to execute the 	work outlined. Any changes to be effected MUST be at the direction of the client, in the form of a Work Change Order.

	If we are unable to offer a solution, fine. If not, we will explain why we do not wish to be involved. We are well aware of the capabilities AND limitations of our systems. We do need your work. We do NOT 	need you to be our first ever failure!
